Knight Blow Attack chance equation changed (chance lowered)

Dragon Slayer Weapon DMG to BOSS increased and chance bonus DMG increased. 

Elf Soul Weapon - Increase Triple Arrow DMG when equipped

DK Soul Weapon - Increase DMG during weakness when equipped 

Warrior Soul Weapon - Weapon Skill DMG increased

Mage Soul Weapon - Destroy DMG increase according to INT when equipped

Insignia, Snapper, Shoulder Blade Armor error fixed

Difficulty will be decreased overall
